Screening of "RFK in the Land of Apartheid: A Ripple of Hope"
Sunday, November 21, 2010.

Canaan Baptist Church of Christ Social Action Commission is pleased to host The Harlem Premiere Screening of "RFK in the Land of Apartheid: A Ripple of Hope" on Sunday, November 21, 2010 in Founders Hall.

The screening will be followed by a discussion with documentary filmmakers Tami Gold and Larry Shore.

This penetrating documentary film explores the impact of the late Senator Robert F. Kennedy’s historic visit to South Africa in 1966, making the connection between the South African struggle against Apartheid and The Civil Rights Movement in the US, with an appearance by Canaan’s Pastor Emeritus, Dr. Wyatt Tee Walker.

Admission is free and open to the public.
