Sterling Architects and a developer they have partnered with have asked to present their proposal for the redevelopment of the Church’s three properties:
- Church building
- Vacant building at 130 W. 116th street
- CCE building on 115th street.
All buildings will require substantial improvements over the next 5 years in order to clear hazardous conditions, address violations, restore failing infrastructure, maximize their use for congregants, make suitable for viable tenants and create recurring streams of revenue for the Church.
