We Are Off!
Walking Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Route: In Harlem; from Canaan Baptist Church to Central Park Meer. We may walk to other sights if the group desires.
*On rainy days we will walk in Founder's Hall.
Feel free to bring your walking CD or music we could all walk by.

It's never too late to start!
A tee-shirt and pedometer will be given to the first 20 registered walkers. These items are being provided by the Minority Health Organization of New York City and The Bethesda Counseling & Wellness Ministry of
Canaan Baptist Church of Christ.
