First Ladies of Harlem:
Touching Lives and Living With Purpose
The Manhattan Section of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. is sponsoring a recognition luncheon, honoring seven First Ladies of Harlem for the work they do in their congregations and the community at large regarding health, education, and leadership.
Canaan’s First Lady, Mrs. Donna B. Johnson, is one of the seven being honored at the Alhambra Ballroom, 2116 Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Boulevard at 126th Street, on Saturday, December 3 at 11:30 am.
