as we extend our thanks and appreciation to them for their service here at Canaan Baptist Church of Christ.
The theme will be: "A Pastor with a Heart to Serve."
Our scripture is, "And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered."

Pastor Johnson’s work at Canaan and in the community makes it clear that God has truly blessed us, and we want to be sure to express our appreciation publicly.
SATURDAY - April 27, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
We invite you to join us for a "An Afternoon of Fellowship and Elegant Dining" as we host a special “luncheon roast” in Pastor and Mrs. Johnson’s honor:

It will be an ocassion of fine dining and fellowship that will include special presentations of gifts from church ministries, family and friends, greetings and salutations from invited guests, and great entertainment.
SUNDAY - April 28, 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
The anniversary celebration will continue with spirit filled services honorng our pastor on Sunday, April 28. The celebrant for the 11:00a AM service will be Rev. Haywood T. Gray. We look forward to sharing this joyous occassion with everyone.
